FAQ

You’ll start by filling out a short health history form, ideally before you arrive, so your session can be tailored safely to your needs. Your therapist will chat through anything relevant, show you how to get settled on the table, then step out while you get ready. You can undress to your comfort level and you’ll be draped (covered) throughout. Just speak up any time if you have preferences or concerns during the session.

We’re at 91 Sir Tim Wallis Drive, Three Parks, Wanaka, within Lakes Podiatry. Opposite the entry to FITgym and Alpine Physiotherapy. Head up the stairs or take the lift, and we’re the first door on the landing. Grab a seat in reception and your therapist will come out to meet you.

We don’t take walk-ins, but we do our best to fit people in at short notice. Our online booking system requires 2 hours notice, so if you need something sooner just give us a text or call and we’ll do our best.

Staying hydrated afterwards helps. If you’re ever concerned about how you’re feeling post-session, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows affect our small team significantly. Full details are in our booking policies.

Absolutely. You may need to remove them briefly for certain techniques, but otherwise go for it. You’re also welcome to request music or a podcast from Spotify, or we’ll keep things quiet and relaxing if you prefer.
