About
A little about us, the values behind the clinic and what to expect in your appointment.
Victoria Booth
I’m Victoria.
I‘ve called Wanaka home since 2000 and now I have the privilege of building my career here too.
I hold a Level 7 Bachelor of Therapeutic and Sports Massage Degree and have been practicing in Wanaka for the past three years. I’m trained in deep tissue, sports and remedial massage, with a nervous system focus woven into every session.
I tailor pressure to what your body needs, but I draw the line at pain for the sake of it. The ‘no pain, no gain’ approach is outdated. You should leave feeling better, not battered.
I’m an active member of Massage Aotearoa New Zealand (MANZ) and your go-to for Southern Cross Easy Claims.
What to expect...
01.
Share
Tell us about any areas of concern, what you’re hoping to get from your session, and how your body has been feeling. No detail is too small.
02.
Plan
Together we’ll shape the session around what you actually need that day, whether that’s targeted treatment, full body work, or something in between.
03.
Treat
Hands on treatment tailored to you, using the techniques best suited to your body and goals. This can vary from relaxation for the nervous system to deep tissue and sports massage techniques.
04.
Recover
Where relevant, we’ll send you off with simple, practical home care to support your progress between sessions. Nothing overwhelming, just what’s useful for you.
05.
Move Forward
Whether you want to book again or just see how you feel, we’ll help you figure out what makes sense for your body going forward.
